Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (NMI) – The Saipan Fishermen’s Association will hold the 14th Annual Mahi Fishing Derby on April 7, 2018, launching from Smiling Cove Marina. The derby will start at 6 a.m. and will conclude at 5 p.m. the same day.
