1. MAI/24HR SAFETY: To provide 24 hours telephone and/or on-site assistances in bilingual; Japanese-English. To assist tourists in medical, legal and other matters challenged during the travel in Micronesia especially on Guam with the collaboration of tour companies, government agencies, insurance companies and others as needed basis for SAFETY and COMFORT.
2. REALTOR: To sell/buy/lease Real Estate including Residence/Commercial Buildings/Land on Guam as a Sales Agent of The Real Estate Professionals for Investors, Vocation House Owners, Businesses and Individuals; a member of Guam Association of Realtor and National Association of Realtor.
3. COMMUNITY SERVICES: A Chairperson of Diabetes Awareness and Action Committee of District 204 of Lions Clubs International: To promote Awareness of Diabetes challenge among Micronesia. To educate and act among the community with/wo policy makers to better community's health and wealth including providing free outreach health check with medical professionals.
