Advance Management, Inc. is a full service Facilities Operations and Maintenance Company. We have evolved an extensive range of capabilities, such that we are able to satisfy essentially any requirement of Operations and Maintenance and Construction, from property curbs to the top of elevator shafts, either via our own Service Technicians, or through our specialty services teammates.

- Electrical systems and equipment, lighting and switchgear systems.
- Service request desk operations, to include record keeping using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) as well as other administrative functions.
- Care and maintenance of hardscape, landscape and irrigation systems.
- Mechanical equipment such as roof anchorage points, wall glider, tracks, and associated equipment. Dock levelers.
- Child care center playground equipment.
- Parking lots, parking lot surfaces, sidewalks and all illumination including area lighting.
- DSL, modems, and data lines necessary for remote fire alarm system monitoring, BAS and web-based CMMS.
- Commercial kitchen equipment, and Grease traps.
- Custodial, Grounds and Painting services
- Management of Technical Services Subcontractors
- Energy management control systems (EMCS) where applicable,
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment.
- Plumbing, Sewage and domestic water equipment and systems.
- Storm drainage equipment and systems.
- Fire protection and life safety systems and equipment including communication systems & Special suppression systems (i.e., wet chemical, dry chemical, FM-200, Inergen, Halon)
- Control systems including Building Automation System (BAS).
- Smoke control systems
- Kitchen hood and exhaust systems

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to Noon
Holidays Observed: All Federal and GovGuam Holidays
