DANCE COMPETITION and SUMMER NIGHT MARKET

To commemorate Power 103.5 FM's sixth anniversary, the Office of Commerce, Investment & Tourism (OCIT), in collaboration with the Australian Embassy and Power 103.5 F.M. Radio Station, will host a dance competition and night market at Delap Park on Saturday, June 18th, 2022, from 5 to 11 p.m. Sunwhite will be a co-sponsor, and it’s their first time partaking in RMI’s event.

This event will kickstart the summer season and provide a family-friendly activity just before Father's Day. The Night Market is a venue for all small businesses and entrepreneurs to sell their food and products. OCIT will award night market vendors who have the best displays on their stalls and provide the best customer service to motivate and encourage best customer service practices.

As RMI remains COVID-free, we view this event as a wonderful opportunity for families and friends to enjoy delicious food, exciting entertainment, and more. Each vendor will receive a bag of sunwhite rice at the conclusion of the event, and all dance competition participants will receive a free T-shirt. Not only will the winners of the dance competition receive $900 for first place, $500 for second place, and $300 for third place, but their performances will also be featured on the Facebook page of the Australian embassy. The RMI Dance Power Competition is the Australian embassy's first pilot project which aims to encourage the RMI's young community to be more active. This is a chance for our locals to showcase their talent, and love for dancing.
